Brown spots
Brown spots are caused by sun exposure and skin aging. They are often found on the face but also on the neckline and hands.
WHAT ARE THE TECHNIQUES TO ERASE BROWN SPOTS FROM THE SKIN?
There Intense Pulsed Light will reduce or even permanently eliminate these marks of time. The heat emitted by light (IPL) destroys the melanin accumulated on the surface of the skin, in the epidermis layer. This technique is not very painful and is performed with protective glasses. The treatment leaves a crust on each stain which falls off in 21 days. The skin, barely pink, gradually regains its normal color.

For good effectiveness, 2 sessions are necessary. The skin should not be tanned.
If the spots are dermal, that is to say deeper, the treatment will be carried out with trichloroacetic acid (TCA) in order to eliminate the pigment that has infiltrated the dermis. A brown crust (similar to liquid nitrogen treatment) will disappear in 5 days to give way to a make-upable pink mark which may persist for a few weeks.
This treatment does not lead to social exclusion.
HOW TO PREVENT BROWN SPOTS?
I will prescribe an anti-spot cream suitable for the skin in order to put the melanocytes (cells that produce melanin) to rest.
ESPECIALLY: Application of sunscreen with a high protection index from the first rays (index 50).
ON ALL parts of the skin exposed to the sun, without forgetting the ears…
