What is the cryolipolysis method?
Lakeryolipolysis is a technique of cosmetic surgery which consists in destroy fats (adipose cells) by cold.
- Fat cells (adipocytes) are more sensitive to cold than other cells. Therefore, it is possible to reduce fat deposits safely. There is no risk of damaging the skin, nerves or muscles.
- Exposure to intense cold can lead to the destruction of fat cells through a so-called “apoptosis” reaction, the scientific definition of which is: programmed cell death.
The cryolipolysis method for double chin
The double chin will be permanently eliminated by the COOLMINI, a small size applicator of the latest generation of CoolSculpting®.

The COOLMINI by CoolSculpting® is an applicator that I place under your chin, on the part to be eliminated.
The treatment is painless and lasts 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the number of applicators used.
During the treatment, you can read, watch a tablet, relax. Some patients fall asleep.
After the session, I massage the area that may be sore in order to break up particles. The treated area may feel “sore” for a few days.
After treatment, there is no social eviction to be expected: you can resume your activities normally.
The results will be visible after 4 weeks, but the optimal effects of the treatment will be felt after three months, time for the body to drain the destroyed adipocytes and generate localized fat loss of approximately 30% of the initial mass.
