THE NON-SURGICAL NOSE

The nose asserts the character of the face both from the front and in profile. There are many nose shapes, small noses but also large ones, large ones, noses with bumps, hollows. There is no perfect nose, but the nose, located in the center, must be in harmony with the rest of the face. Sometimes, certain imperfections unbalance this harmony. Aesthetic medicine offers possibilities to remedy these imperfections.

We speak of surgical or medical rhinoplasty, depending on the treatments and the practitioner.

Surgical rhinoplasty is carried out by a plastic surgeon. It requires an operation, general anesthesia and leads to surgical consequences requiring social eviction.

Surgery can correct large defects.

On the other hand, for lighter defects, there is a solution in aesthetic medicine: medical rhinoplasty. This solution is hyaluronic acid injections with immediate and tailor-made results, and without social exclusion.

Indications for medical rhinoplasty

If your nose has hollows or notches, nasal injectionshyaluronic acid carried out at the level of the bridge of the nose will allow you to draw a straighter profile line. These injections are performed with very fine needles to ensure comfortable care. The results are visible immediately. The nose area moves little: therefore, it is not uncommon to see the results of hyaluronic acid injections last for at least 2 years.

Medical rhinoplasty can correct a hump, a drooping tip of the nose, a nose that is too flat:

For a hollow or a bump, a volumizing hyaluronic acid is used.
For “bunny lines” (small wrinkles on the side of the nose that appear like a smile), Botox injections will be more appropriate.
To enhance a drooping nose tip, botox injections will also be the ideal choice.

Hyaluronic acid injections for medical rhinoplasty.

After disinfecting the skin, I carry out the injections using very fine needles. Hyaluronic acid is injected deep into the nose, directly in contact with the bone or cartilage.

The injections are performed in my Aesthetic Center in 30 minutes. Hyaluronic acid contains lidocaine for pain-free injections.

After treatment, patients can return directly to their activities. The results are immediate.

However, a small bruise may appear temporarily. With a little bit of makeup, camouflage is possible. The nose may be sensitive after treatment for a few days, but this sensitivity disappears quickly.

I advise avoiding pressing on the nose for 24 hours so as not to displace the freshly injected product. Sun exposure, sauna or hammam should be avoided for two weeks. It is advisable to wait one to two days before resuming sport.
